The following steps should be done before running the spray tower of granulator waste gas treatment equipment:

1. The user shall carry out concrete foundation construction according to the basic information provided, and the equipment of the exhaust gas treatment tower shall be installed on the concrete foundation 100 mm above the ground;

2. Supporting pipes and valves shall have separate supports, which shall not be fixed on tower equipment;

3, pay attention to the protection of equipment during installation, do not damage the body and exposed parts. When the tower flange is connected with the external flange, it should be tightened in the correct way. Flange gasket shall not use steel gasket, can use corrosion and oil resistant rubber gasket;

4. After the installation of the equipment, use water for cyclic debugging, and run normally without running, leaking, leaking or blocking.

5. Please confirm whether the gas flow, medium concentration, temperature and pressure are consistent with the conditions provided for the ordered equipment;

6. When the exhaust gas treatment equipment is in use, the circulating water pump should be turned on for 2-3 minutes before the fan is turned on; When the machine is shut down, stop the fan for 1 ~ 2 minutes before stopping the circulating pump. Start the pump should pay attention to: the pump can not reverse, can not idle;

7. Regularly check and maintain water pumps, valves, pipelines, nozzles and filter screens to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;

8. In order to ensure the normal operation of the tower equipment, a special person must be responsible for the management. Regular checks should be made to check whether the fan and water pump are running normally, whether the spray pipe and air pipe are unblocked, whether the liquid level in the reservoir is normal, whether the water refills float switch is normal, whether the gas-liquid concentration is within the prescribed range, and so on.

9. Make a comprehensive inspection of the equipment regularly every year, and take preventive measures.
