1. Open the quick refill valve, fill the scrubber tower with 3/4 full water, then close the quick refill valve, open the outlet valve of waste water discharge and release the clean water in the scrubber tower. This action can remove the debris left in the circulation tank.

2. Close the outlet valve for waste water discharge, open the refill valve and re-inject fresh water into the circulation tank. Add to liquid level H point indicator light is good.

3. Then start the circulation pump, and visually check whether the nozzle of the liquid distribution system is operating normally through the window. If it cannot be seen visually, the pressure gauge on the circulation line can also show the unusually low circulating pressure of the liquid distribution. If there is unusual circulating pressure (>>2.5kg/cm2), the problem may be the nozzle or line blockage, the nozzle should be cleaned before operation.

4. If the exhaust gas is acidic gas, open the dosing machine to add sodium hydroxide, and set the pH controller Lo point at "8" to maintain the pH value of circulating washing water between 8 and 10.

5. If the waste gas is alkaline gas, start adding sulfuric acid, and set the pH controller Hi point at "5", so that the pH value of the circulating washing water remains between 4 and 5.

6. After completing the steps of water flowing into the washing system, open the fan to let the gas flow through the washing tower system.

Shut down the system
